The main character of this RPG, Emil, receives good advice that he takes to heart: "Courage is the magic that turns dreams into reality." Though it may sound a bit corny at first, there is some truth to it.
From Acts 15: 30-33: "Judas and Silas, good preachers both of them, strengthened their new friends with many words of courage and hope. Then it was time to go home. They were sent off by their new friends with laughter and embraces all around..." It takes courage to make new friends and courage to communicate. In Tales of Symphonia, this is what Emil learns, and his faith in his friends enables him to defeat evil monsters. Our faith in God enables us to do great things, and friends who are loyal to us can encourage us to face big challenges.
